AIPSYCHI PRIVATE LIMITED, a private limited company registered
under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and having its registered office at D-3/3180 Vasant Kunj, New Delhi – 110070 is the owner and operator of the Website and Web-Portal
Aipsychi.org and Aipsychi.com. These terms of usage (“Terms”) govern the use of the Website/Web-portal
and the Services provided therein (“Services”). By accessing the Website, Web-portal, or utilizing any
content or information available through the Website/Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood,
and agreed to be bound by these Terms. These Terms establish a legal agreement between you and AIPSYCHI PRIVATE LIMITED, and it is essential to carefully review them before accessing or using the Website. These Terms do not
aim to modify or restrict the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Aipsychi, including,
but not limited to, the privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”).

2.0 Applicability

In these Terms, the terms “You,” “Your,” or
“User” pertain to any natural person utilizing the Website/Web-portal or Mobile App to access the
Services. The terms “We,” “Us,” “Our,” or “Aipsychi” refer to the
Company, registered as AIPSYCHI PRIVATE LIMITED, inclusive of its employees and authorized agents providing
services on behalf of the Company.

If you represent an incorporated or registered entity,
institution, organization, or any other non-individual entity seeking Aipsychi’s services for your members,
employees, students, or registered individuals, it is necessary to establish an agreement or memorandum of
understanding with Aipsychi for such purposes. Every individual utilizing Aipsychi’s services under such an
agreement or memorandum of understanding is bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy available here.

The comprehensive agreement with the website encompasses these
terms of service, the privacy policy, disclaimer, and any other policies referenced anywhere on the website. If
you access Aipsychi through the mobile application, you remain subject to the same agreement. Furthermore,
mobile application stores may impose additional terms applicable to the use of the mobile application. In such
instances, the term “website” is deemed to include the Aipsychi mobile application.

Aipsychi holds no responsibility or liability regarding user
content or generative content produced by any third-party Large Language model.

3.0 Change of Terms &
Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any such
changes will become effective immediately upon being published on the Website, and your continued use of the
Website and/or the Services indicates your acceptance of these revisions. It is your responsibility to routinely
check the latest version of these Terms of Use, as posted on the Website.

4.0 Services & Offerings

You can utilize our
services to access one or more of our offerings and services, collectively referred to as the
“Services” or “Offerings.”

Tendencies Assessment offering on our web portal.
AI
chatbot (“Companion”) on our App.
Validated preventative self-care programs on our App.
Other CBT-based artifacts on our App.

We may also offer these and additional services on behalf of Your
Enterprise (“Enterprise Services”). An Enterprise may include organizations, universities,
hospitals, health agencies, research institutions, and other public or private entities. Enterprise Services may
involve processing information on behalf of the Enterprise. When applicable, you must agree to the Terms of
Services and Privacy Policies of both Aipsychi and your enterprise to proceed with using the Enterprise
Service.

By accessing or using the Aipsychi App and Web Service, you
acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms of service. You also consent
to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other
applicable policies of Aipsychi, whether or not you are a registered user of our service. These Terms of
Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other relevant terms and conditions shall collectively be
referred to as the “Agreement.” For further information regarding the use of your data by Aipsychi,
please read our Privacy Policy. Unless specifically noted, the use of uppercase/lowercase and bold/not bold
shall carry the same meaning in this document.

4.1 Tendencies Mapping

Aipsychi introduces an AI-driven conversational system designed
to identify mental health tendencies, resembling the approach of a trained mental health professional. This
service is accessible through a web browser.

In-depth interactive sessions delve into exploring the symptoms
of your current episode, your medical and psychological history, biological symptoms, mood, anxiety or psychotic
symptoms, substance use, and other pertinent information. The system then identifies prevailing tendencies that
may suggest potential mental health disorders. Users are subsequently provided with the option to take self-help
measures or seek assistance from a mental health professional. Professionals can expedite the mapping of these
tendencies to a disorder, saving time and costs compared to initiating the assessment from the beginning.

Our user-friendly speech interface enables you to engage in
dialogue with our AI bot, “Maya,” replicating the process followed by human professionals during such
sessions. Unlike rigid multiple-choice questions, you can express your experiences in your own words, mirroring
interactions with a mental health professional. Sessions dynamically adapt based on the issues reported at the
session’s commencement, emulating the approach of human professionals. Sessions can be taken at your
convenience, allowing for a self-paced experience. In most cases, a single session proves sufficient, and we may
display advertisements during this session to support our service.

We offer a complimentary session examining indicators (likely
tendencies). For those desiring a more comprehensive analysis, we provide a subsidized paid session option. This
includes mapping against up to 40 common mental health tendencies. Additionally, we offer a free self-care app
along with the Tendencies mapping.

4.2 Aipsychi App

You can download App from Play Store and App Store. The Aipsychi App showcases a virtual AI-driven system referred to
as the “Aipsychi Companion.” Through a conversational interface, users can interact with the AI
Companion to seek guidance, support, and information. It’s essential to understand that engagements with
the AI Companion involve an artificial intelligence system, not a human. The AI Companion has limitations in its
response capabilities, and the primary purpose of the Aipsychi App is to provide support and information. Users
choose to utilize the AI Companion based on their own assessment of need, recognizing its suitability for basic
self-help. The app is not intended to substitute face-to-face psychotherapy or provide diagnoses, prognoses,
treatments, or cures for diseases, conditions, disorders, or disabilities.

Users can monitor and manage their mood, appetite, and sleep
status through the Aipsychi App. Additionally, the app offers access to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) tools
and techniques in the form of videos for emotional well-being management. Users can access these resources in a
structured manner or randomly, based on their preferences. Regarding physical exercises and yoga, users are
advised to exercise caution and make judgments based on their body’s limitations and existing health
conditions, including pregnancy, lactation, and menstruation for female users.

It’s crucial to acknowledge that the Aipsychi App and
Service are not designed for crisis situations, such as abuse or severe mental health conditions leading to
suicidal ideation or harm to self and others. Instead, the app is crafted to provide general mental health
advice and support. For complex medical conditions like long-term illnesses, cancer, infertility, or genetic
disorders, the Aipsychi App cannot offer condition-specific advice. The app and service do not provide medical
or clinical advice; they can only suggest that users seek advanced medical help.

The Aipsychi App is compatible with both iOS and Android mobile
systems.

4.3 Important Notice

Your interaction with Aipsychi on its website / WebPortal and APP involves an AI system, not a human. The AI
system has limitations in its responses. Our services are designed to provide CBT-based tools and techniques to
promote mental well-being in a self-help and self-monitoring context. It is not intended for providing
diagnoses, treatment, or cures for conditions or diseases.
If
you are under 18 years of age, please review the Aipsychi Privacy Policy and Aipsychi Terms of Service with your
parent or legal guardian or check with your enterprise to understand eligibility before using Aipsychi. Aipsychi
is not intended for use by children under 13 years, and Aipsychi does not take responsibility for any
misrepresentation of age and use.
Aipsychi’s self-care app or web-based tendencies mapping is not a substitute for face-to-face psychotherapy
or for providing diagnoses, prognoses, treatments, cures for diseases/conditions/disorders, or state-regulated
mental health services in your country of residence. It serves as a mode of support rather than treatment for
illness or health conditions.
Aipsychi’s self-care app is designed to offer general mental health advice and support and cannot provide
condition-specific advice for complex medical conditions.
We
take reasonable care to keep your conversations and findings of the tendencies private and secure. Your
submitted response will be transferred, stored, and processed on our secure servers hosted by our cloud service
providers. By using our services, you understand and agree that we may transfer, store, and process minimal data
outside your region to provide our services. This may include regions where data protection laws are less
stringent than those in your country, and such data handling will be based on our Privacy Policy.
The
Tendencies Mapping & Self-care app should not be used by a third party for independent research and clinical
studies without the explicit permission of Aipsychi.
If
you experience suicidal thoughts, are contemplating acting on them, feel you may pose a danger to yourself or
others, have a medical or mental health emergency, severe mental health condition, crisis, trauma, or abuse,
please cease using the service immediately and call the relevant emergency number in your country or the
approved helplines provided by your enterprise.

5.0 Eligibility to Use the
Services

You are authorized to use the Service(s) only if you are a
natural or legal person who agrees to this Aipsychi privacy policy & terms of service and complies with all
applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations. The Tendencies Mapping and
services are accessible to individuals aged 18 or older. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, it is crucial
to review the Aipsychi Privacy Policy and Terms of Service with your parent or legal guardian. Please ensure
your parent or legal guardian provides their consent by contacting us at care@aipsychi.org. Individuals under
the age of 13 are strictly prohibited from creating an account and using the Service. Aipsychi disclaims
responsibility for any misrepresentation of age and its consequences. We do not request your age to create an
account for you. It is solely your responsibility to adhere to Aipsychi terms of service and policies.

We reserve the right to terminate your membership and refuse to
provide you with access to the Website if it is brought to our notice or if it is discovered that you are under
the age of eighteen (18) years and are accessing this Website without parental consent and guidance or consent
and guidance of a legal guardian. We will not be liable for any harm caused to you on account of any use of the
Website without appropriate parental consent.

If you are an enterprise member and your enterprise imposes a
specific age requirement, such as a minimum of 18 years and older, for accessing this service, that specified
restriction will take precedence over the one mentioned earlier. Aipsychi reserves the right to deny access to
the Service or terminate your account if eligibility is not met, at its sole discretion.

The Aipsychi App may include links to material, websites, web
pages, or services managed by third parties over which Aipsychi may have no control, agreement, or affiliation.
Please refer to documentation, including terms and privacy policy provided by such third parties before
accessing such links.

5.1 User Responsibility

To
access the services, you may need to furnish information about yourself, including your name, email address, and
other personal details (“Personal Information”). You agree that any information provided to Aipsychi
on the Website will be accurate, correct, and kept up to date. Impersonation or the provision of account
information, email addresses, or any other data that is not your own is strictly prohibited. The handling of
your Personal Information and related data will adhere to the Aipsychi Privacy Policy.
You
are accountable for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details at all times. Additionally, you are
responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
The
use of the Website/web-portal is allowed for lawful purposes only. Posting or transmitting material on the
Website/web-portal that violates the rights of others, or is threatening, abusive, defamatory, libelous,
invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane, or objectionable, is prohibited. This
includes content containing injurious formulas, recipes, or instructions, encouraging criminal offenses, civil
liability, or any other law violation.
Prohibited activities include: (i) Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Website in any medium;
(ii) Transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited emails; (iii) Attempting to interfere with,
compromise system integrity, or decipher transmissions to or from the servers running the Website; (iv) Taking
actions that impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure at our sole
discretion; (v) Uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the Website; (vi)
Collecting or harvesting personally identifiable information, including account names, from the Website; (vii)
Using the Website for commercial purposes without having all necessary rights and licenses to the User Content;
(viii) Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your affiliation, conducting fraud, or attempting to hide
your identity; (ix) Interfering with the proper working of the Website; (x) Accessing Website content through
any technology or means other than those provided by the Website; or (xi) Bypassing measures used to prevent or
restrict access to the Website.
You
are solely responsible for your conduct and any data you submit, post, or display on or via the Website.
Aipsychi holds no liability for conduct related to your use of the Website. You are solely responsible for any
legal consequences arising from your inappropriate use of the website.
By
using the Website, you authorize Aipsychi to contact you via email, SMS, or mobile (information provided by you
in your interaction with the website) to share promotional, informational, or any other content it deems fit.

5.2 Aipsychi License: Individual
User

In accordance with the terms of service and privacy policy, you
are granted a subscription to a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, and freely revocable license to
utilize the Aipsychi Tendencies Mapping and Self-Care App solely for your personal use. This usage is permitted
within the constraints defined by the features of the service. Aipsychi reserves the right to terminate this
license at any time, with or without reason.

5.3 Aipsychi License: Enterprise
User

Enterprises, including organizations, health agencies, NGOs, old
age homes, schools, universities, trusts, services, hospitals, clinics, research institutions, or other public
or private entities (“Enterprises”), have the option to introduce the Aipsychi Tendencies Mapping and
Self-Care App to their employees, patients, and members. In such instances, and where applicable, the terms and
privacy policy of these Enterprises shall also govern your use of the Aipsychi Tendencies Mapping and Self-Care
App. In the case of any conflict with these additional terms and privacy policies, Aipsychi’s terms of
service and privacy policies shall take precedence. The Aipsychi App may include links to materials, websites,
web pages, or services managed by third parties over which the Enterprise and Aipsychi may have no control,
agreement, or affiliation. Prior to accessing such links, please consult the documentation, including terms and
privacy policies, provided by these third parties.

6.0 User Content on the
Website/Web-Portal & App

The
Website, web-portal & the App offer Users the ability to generate, share, and post content collectively
referred to as “User Content.” Aipsychi asserts no ownership rights over User Content created by you.
Aipsychi has the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to remove any User Content stored via the
Website/Web-Portal.
Aipsychi assumes no responsibility and accepts no liability for any User Content created, stored, shared,
posted, or sent by you, other Users, or third parties through the Website/Web-portal. You are solely responsible
for your User Content and the consequences of posting, publishing, or sharing it. You agree that Aipsychi acts
only as a passive conduit for your User Content and would not bear any legal responsibility if your Content
violates these Terms.
You
agree not to post, store, transmit, create, or share any User Content that:
1. May pose a risk of harm, loss, physical or mental
  injury, emotional distress, death, disability, disfigurement, or physical or mental illness to you, any
  other person, or any animal.
2. May create a risk of any other loss or damage to any
  person or property.
3. Seeks to harm or exploit children by exposing them to
  inappropriate content, asking for personally identifiable details, or otherwise.
4. May constitute or contribute to a crime or tort.
5. Contains any information or content that is unlawful,
  harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, defamatory, infringing, invasive of personal privacy
  or publicity rights, harassing, humiliating to other people (publicly or otherwise), libelous,
  threatening, profane, or otherwise objectionable.
6. Contains any information or content that is illegal or
  violates third-party rights, including Intellectual Property Rights or rights of privacy. Aipsychi
  reserves the right, but is not obligated, to reject and/or remove any User Content that violates these
  provisions.
In
connection with your User Content, you affirm, represent, and warrant that:
1. Your User Content and its use as contemplated by these
  Terms and the Website will not violate any law or infringe any third-party rights, including
  Intellectual Property Rights or privacy rights.
2. If you use the Website for any commercial purpose and
  your User Content contains copyrighted material not your original work, you have obtained all necessary
  rights, licenses, consents, and permissions.
3. Aipsychi may exercise the rights to your User Content
  granted under these Terms without liability for any payments.
If
you share User Content with Aipsychi and/or link it on third-party services or post on Aipsychi’s social
media, you grant Aipsychi a royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive,
worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, and make
derivative works of your User Content for Website promotion and business purposes.

6.1 Links to third Party
Websites

The Website may contain links to other Websites (“Linked
Sites”). The Linked Sites are not under the control of the Company. We are not responsible for the content
of any Linked Site, including, without limitation to, any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or
updates to a Linked Site.

We are not responsible for any form of transmission, whatsoever,
received by the User from any Linked Site. We are providing these links only for convenience, and the inclusion
of any such link does not imply endorsement by the Website, of the Linked Sites or any association with its
operators or owners including the legal heirs or assigns thereof.

On accessing the Linked Sites, you shall be governed by the terms
of use, privacy policy and such other additional policies of the Linked Sites. You further acknowledge and agree
that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to
be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, advertising, products, services
or other materials available on or through any Linked Sites or for any errors, defamatory content, libel,
slander, omissions, falsehoods, obscene content, pornographic material, or any profanity contained
therein.

7.0 Aipsychi Account
Information

To access the Aipsychi services, the creation of an account
through registration is currently mandatory. The following terms govern the account creation process:

You must create an account with Aipsychi to access Tendencies Mapping and Self-Care
Services, using a username and password. Your account will provide you with access to the services and
features that we currently have and may establish, modify, and maintain at our sole discretion.
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur on your account, and it is
imperative to keep your account password secure. When setting a password, we recommend using
“strong” passwords, incorporating a combination of upper and lower-case letters, numbers, and
symbols. Any security breaches, unauthorized access to your chats or other data, or unauthorized use of your
account must be promptly reported to Aipsychi. Aipsychi will not be held liable for any losses resulting
from unauthorized account usage. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, following our
Terms of Service, if we identify behavior, content, or other factors that pose a threat to our
services.
Using another user’s account is strictly prohibited.
By creating an account, you consent to us using your profile to send you
service-related email notices and in-app notifications, including any legally required notices, instead of
communication via postal mail.

8.0 Aipsychi’s & Generative AI
Technology

We use third-party Generative AI technology services to create
content in our Self-Help App and use Generative AI for classification, translation, speech to text conversion in
Tendencies Mapping. This contributes to enhanced user experience within our AI-based services. It’s crucial
to note that no personal data is shared with these third-party services. We are committed to transparently
informing you whenever Generative AI-based features are utilized in our app. In Companion service the chat is
directly enabled through one of the global leaders of the generative App provider and Aipsychi does not take any
responsibility of the content as this service is merely to help user seek support from the available and
generative content in his mental wellbeing journey.

9.0 Additional Service-related
Terms:

You
possess rights as outlined in the Privacy Policy, and for any questions, inquiries, or complaints, please
contact care@aipsychi.org. Aipsychi may request additional information from you to appropriately address your
request. It is important to note that we may need to verify your identity before responding to any requests to
exercise your rights.
We
do not collect any Personally Identifiable Information from you, except your email, age and name/alias/nickname
to associate our report with you. Limited anonymized data may be used for research and statistical purposes to
enhance our product and services and contribute to the development of user-centered best practices for global
mental well-being. Please refer to our Privacy Policy on how we handle your data.
Aipsychi Services rely on various factors, such as software, hardware, and communication networks, and their
processors. Aipsychi does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free Aipsychi App Service.
Service Level Agreements with your enterprise may be in place for the provision of our Aipsychi Tendencies
Mapping and Self-Care App.
All
conversations and data obtained during the Service are confidential. By using the service, you agree and
authorize Aipsychi to collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Aipsychi may disclose your data if there is a reasonable belief that disclosure is necessary to comply with a
legal process or other legal requirement of any governmental authority or for your personal safety.
The
Aipsychi App and Service may include links to external resources or other content on third-party websites.
Aipsychi has no control over such links, content, websites, products, or services provided by third parties.
Aipsychi is not responsible for the availability, content, or privacy practices related to third-party links and
will not be liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such
link, website, content, product, and/or service.
You
acknowledge that the use of technology is not always secure, and you accept the risks during the use of your
mobile device. Practicing good security measures during digital use is your responsibility, and Aipsychi will
not be responsible for any event arising from unauthorized access to your chats or other data.
For
yourself and on behalf of your heirs, agents, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, you release
from liability, indemnify, and hold harmless Aipsychi and its officers, directors, employees, contractors,
members, agents, and assigns from any claims, losses, causes of action, costs, damages, expenses, injury, and
liabilities arising from your use of the Aipsychi tendencies mapping and Self-Help App and reliance upon advice
provided therein, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10.0 No Professional
Advice

Aipsychi Content and Service may offer information only for
informational purposes and that should not be seen as medical or legal advice, and it should not be regarded as
professional advice. Any decisions or actions should not rely on the information provided within the Service. It
is recommended to consult with a licensed and qualified professional in the relevant field independently before
relying on any information.

11.0 Fees

The
subscription fee for the Aipsychi Tendencies Mapping and the companion fee for the Self-Care App will be as
specified on Aipsychi.org and Aipsychi.com and communicated to you at the time of purchase (“Fees”).
Aipsychi may, at its discretion, modify the Fees. Any changes to the Fees will apply only to your future
purchases. Aipsychi reserves the right to discontinue the Aipsychi companion Service if the renewal Fees are not
paid before the expiry of term of previous fee. Payment mechanisms will be introduced by Aipsychi at its sole
discretion, prior to the provision of Services and would be communicated before the payment of the fee.
As
the Aipsychi Tendencies Mapping and companion Service is not considered a medical treatment, insurance may not
cover the costs for reimbursement. Some employers or other enterprises may cover a portion of the Aipsychi
Service cost directly or indirectly. It is your responsibility to pay for the Service and seek reimbursement
from your employer if applicable.
The
Fees payable by the user are a fixed fee according to your plan, allowing you to use the Aipsychi Tendencies
Mapping and Self-Care Service within the limits of your plan. Once payment is made for any element of the plan,
the fee will not be refunded.
It
is your responsibility to track the expiration date and time of the subscription. Payments may be subject to
applicable currency exchange rates.

12.0 Copyrights and Intellectual Property
Rights

You are prohibited from using, sharing, or reproducing personal
or business contact information of other users without explicit consent. By agreeing, you acknowledge that your
posted User Content will not infringe on third-party rights, including Intellectual Property Rights or privacy.
Aipsychi has the right, though not obligated, to reject or remove User Content violating these terms.

“Intellectual Property Rights” includes patent,
copyright, mask work, moral, publicity, trademark, trade dress, service mark, goodwill, trade secret rights, and
other intellectual property rights. You explicitly agree not to disclose Aipsychi’s proprietary
information, even after service termination.

Regarding User Content, you confirm:

Consent from identifiable individuals in the
content.
Your content won’t violate laws or third-party
rights, including Intellectual Property and privacy rights.

Aipsychi assumes no responsibility for User Content and is not
liable for damages resulting from exposure to inappropriate content. You are solely responsible for your content
and its consequences, acknowledging Aipsychi as a passive conduit for distribution.

13.0 Privacy, Security, Third-Party
Links, and Monitoring

Our commitment to user privacy is paramount, and we strictly
adhere to our Privacy Policy in the collection, utilization, and disclosure of both personal and aggregate data.
While we employ robust security measures, it’s important to note that we cannot guarantee absolute immunity
from unauthorized access or misuse.

The presence of third-party links on the Service is beyond our
direct control, and we explicitly disclaim any responsibility for the content, services, or activities provided
by third parties. Your engagement with third-party resources is undertaken at your own risk, and it is important
to recognize that our Terms and Privacy Policy may not be applicable in such instances.

We do not endorse any third-party offers within the App, and any
interactions with advertisers are solely between you and them. The disclosure of information to external parties
is subject to their respective privacy policies, which are beyond our control. To uphold compliance with our
terms, we reserve the right to monitor and remove objectionable content on the Website/Web-portal and Mobile
Software. Additionally, we may share such information with authorities as mandated by applicable laws in India,
thereby absolving Aipsychi from liability related to user-generated content.

14.0 Termination

We retain the right to modify, suspend, or cease the Service, its
features, or set usage limits without prior notice. Your access may be terminated or suspended, permanently or
temporarily, without liability and for any reason, including Agreement violations. Upon termination, you remain
bound by the Agreement terms. You are responsible for mobile data usage, and it’s advised to check with
your mobile operator for plan details.

Aipsychi may, at its discretion, modify, discontinue, or
terminate any Service on the Aipsychi App, with or without notice. Aipsychi is not liable for losses, damages,
or injuries resulting from such actions. If Aipsychi discontinues the Service, refunds will be initiated on a
pro-rata basis for the relevant month or unused portion. Users can request refunds by emailing
care@aipsychi.org, with Aipsychi addressing requests case by case. Refunds will be issued in 5-7 working days.

15.0 Indemnification and
Guarantees

terms, you commit to defending, indemnifying, and absolving Aipsychi and its affiliates from any claims,
damages, liabilities, costs, or debts arising due to your use of the Service, violation of this Agreement,
infringement of third-party rights, breach of law, or any issues related to User Content. You are accountable
for your interactions with other Aipsychi Users, and although disputes may be monitored, Aipsychi holds no
liability for user interactions.

15.2
Guarantees

The Service is
provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, and your use is at your own risk. To the
extent permitted by law, no warranties, whether express or implied, are offered. Aipsychi does not assure the
accuracy of content, Service availability, or freedom from viruses. You are solely responsible for downloaded
content. Aipsychi does not warrant or endorse third-party products/services advertised on the Aipsychi Service
or linked websites. Aipsychi is not involved in transactions between users and third-party providers.

16.0 Liability Limitations

In accordance with applicable law to the maximum extent,
Aipsychi, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors shall not be held liable for any
direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. These damages include, but
are not limited to, loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses arising from the use or
inability to use the Service. Aipsychi explicitly disclaims responsibility for damages, losses, or injuries
resulting from hacking, tampering, unauthorized access, or use of the Service, your Account, or contained
information.

Aipsychi assumes no liability for errors in content, personal
injury, property damage, unauthorized access to secure servers, interruption of transmission, bugs, viruses, or
third-party conduct. In the event of invalidity, Aipsychi’s aggregate liability is capped at the greater of
INR 9500/- or USD 120 or total fees paid within the current period preceding the claim. This limitation applies
to contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, regardless of whether Aipsychi was informed
of potential damage. The limitation is enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Operating from facilities in India, the Service is subject to
users voluntarily complying with applicable Indian and local laws, even if accessed from other jurisdictions.
The Service may not conform to regulatory requirements in all locations, and residents of embargoed countries
identified by the United Nations or India are prohibited from using the Service unless explicitly stated
otherwise. The content on the Service is directed exclusively to individuals, companies, or entities in
India.

17.0 Governing Law and Dispute
Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes
arising under it are exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.

In
the event of disputes related to these User Terms, the parties will endeavour to resolve them amicably through
negotiation and consultation at a location designated by Aipsychi. If the dispute remains unresolved after at
least 30 days of good-faith negotiation, it shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the
Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, or any applicable law at the time of reference. A sole arbitrator
appointed by Aipsychi shall conduct the arbitration in Delhi, India, and the proceedings shall be in English.
The arbitration award shall be final and binding on the parties.

17.1 General Provisions

Survival: Provisions of these Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination, will continue to be in
effect after termination.
Severability: If any term or provision is deemed illegal or unenforceable, it will be severed from these Terms,
but the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected.
Unenforceability: If any provision is deemed unenforceable, it shall be modified or deleted to the extent
necessary for the Terms to remain legal and enforceable.
No
Waiver: No delay or omission in exercising any right shall constitute a waiver. Waivers or amendments to these
Terms must be in writing or mutually agreed upon.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform obligations during a Force Majeure Event, during which
our obligations will be suspended.
Notices: Any notice to Aipsychi shall be in writing and sent by registered mail, hand-delivered, email, or an
internationally recognized courier service, to the specified address. Aipsychi may provide notice through the
Application, email, or your registered mobile number.
Advertisement: Aipsychi reserves the right to place advertisements and publicity materials, including those of
third parties, on the website/Mobile App.
Assignment: You may not assign or sublicense your duties, obligations, and rights under this agreement without
the prior written consent of Aipsychi.

18.0 Disclaimers

Aipsychi does not engage in the provision of psychiatric care or treatment for severe mental illnesses,
including but not limited to suicidal thoughts.
The advice or information offered through the website/web-portal is intended solely for informational purposes
and should not be considered a substitute for examination by a doctor or other mental health professional. It is
strongly advised against relying solely on, or making decisions based solely on provided advice.
Aipsychi disclaims any and all liability for services provided through the Website. You further acknowledge and
agree that you bear full responsibility for acting on the information provided through the Website.
The
website does not function as a suicide helpline platform. If you are contemplating suicide or feel that you pose
