We recognize that three aspects are very important for a user suffering from any stress or mental health related issue.
- Accurate identification of the tendencies of the disorder
- Effective and flexible self-care that can be adopted to the preferences, profile and body parameters such as physical and conditions.
- Anonymity
Identification of tendencies of the disorder based on symptoms is our USP in assessment that can guide the selection of the suitable interventions in selfcare. We offer fixed as well as flexible selection currently and going forward we plan to make it based on the recommendations provided by an AI engine.

We provide the following services through our App
- Provide a trusted buddy as a chat bot to whom you can ask any thing. This is supported by state of art, trained LLM like Chat GPT or equivalent. You can ask questions to the bot according to your need. *
- Provide a vast number of artifacts** some of those are based, on the Cognitive behaviour therapy. You can access these artifacts at will and as per your need. We do not prescribe any structure around these for the simple reason that individual requirement and time commitment can vary. Further people of different age, cultures, conditions would need this flexibility. However, for certain specific disorders we do provide a series of videos those are best viewed in the sequence. Going forward we will also provide AI based recommendations.
- Provide interaction with trained and qualified mental health professionals who can have complete access to your information, and this will be very cost effective and optimized as there will be no redundancy. Be rest assured your personal information is not shared with them until unless you give specific consent else only medical information without your identity is shared with them.
App also collects certain information about few self-reported parameters (like Mood, Appetite & sleep) that can be a useful journal. In addition, we also collect some of the useful information that can help a mental health professional assess the journey of the user.
*We offer a channel with the best and most trusted & trained LLMs however the accuracy of the answer by these LLM is not under our control. User needs to agree to the usage policy of the LLM provider.
